Zander’s grandfather started his building company more than 50 years ago and trained Zander’s father, Kobus, in 2000. Kobus started Van Eeden Projects in 2001 and then he started Buildrock with Zander in 2016.

Off- Shuttering Specialists

This is a very special finish that you will most likely see at any modern industrial house where concrete walls, ceilings and columns have a super smooth finish. Once formwork gets stripped it only gets a clear matt sealant and it gives you a very raw look like you’ll find at civil bridges. So the director had 4 years of training as an off shutter specialist before Buildrock was established.
